Days 1-3, Getting Back on Track

so...after months of allowing food to take over my life yet again, i have decided to take it back. no more excuses, no more "i'll start tomorrow", no more ice cream. :o( that is except for tomorrow that is. i am going to promise myself that i will measure out a serving and have only that. i would really love it if i turned it down completely. but, eating is such a social thing...and i never deny myself on birthdays. i guess we'll see what happens when i am face to face with a tub of frozen heaven, but so long as i only have a smidgeon i won't feel guilty.

Day 1
B - fat free yogurt
L - 1 cup of homemade veggie soup
D - Healthy Choice Chicken and Pasta w/Vegetables Meal
fat free yogurt
Later - popsicle

Day 2

B - fat free yogurt
L - 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
9 fat free tortilla chips
D - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Meal
lettuce, red onions, and 4 Tbs. light ranch dressing
Later - popsicle

Day 3

B - fat free yogurt
L - lettuce, red onions, and 4 Tbs. light ranch dressing
a bunch of broken up crumbs from fat free tortillas if i had to estimate, i'd say
about 12 chips
D - Healthy Choice Cheesy Chicken and Rice Meal
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Later - popsicle
